broke the little plastic rotor the ignition switch set on in a 1998 buick regal. can it be changed ?

Thanks for your question,.  Sorry about your car.  I don't understand what part you are taking about when you say 'little plastic rotor the ignition switch set'.  Can you post a picture or describe it differently?
