Steering Column Repair: wiper issues after changing steering colum, multifunction switch, steering colum

Ford F150 1999
Everything is working after changing column from a 1998 Ford F150 except the windshield wipers will not completely turn off. They stay on the slowest speed.

Hello Israel:

I would only guess that the multifunction switch you installed is bad.  If you used the original, the I would suggest you check all the wires in the harness that plugs into the switch.  Sometimes one of them wiggles loose
