Steering Column Repair: 1989 dodge 4x4, snap ring, flat washer

you sent mick a pick of the column assembly i have a no tilt 4x4 pickup the key assembly had to be replaced I was in a hurry dropped the spring and do not know where it goes have had a hard time getting a complete assembly picture does spring go in right after the column lock plate?

The order of assembly is steering wheel, snap ring, lock plate, cancel cam, spring, flat washer, bearing.
