QuestionReferance Photo from your website: GM Lock Cylinder(ignition)
Question: How do I remove metal "sprocket" and blinker assembly to reach the lock retainng screw shown in photo? Steering wheel aleady removed...Vehichle is 1985 S-10 Blazer 4x4 with tilt steering. Will the cylinder slide out after the retaing screw is removed or is there a special tool for that?

I can only send one photo in this format... if you email me at
[email protected], I can enclose a number of them for you to see. You will however, need a special spring-lock plate (you called it a sprocket) compressor to do the job. I am enclosing that photo here
