Steering Column Repair: steering column replacement, aerocoupe, steering column

pete,i have an 87 ss/aerocoupe monte carlo. it needs the column replaced [theft] and ignition, in the one i have, replaced. could you please give me the run down on replacing both the ignition and the column itself. i couldn't thank you enough. dave.

Hello dave
you will see four bolts under the dash remove them and then raise hood you will see a slip sleve remove the bolt out of the slip sleve. pull the wires cont  off from the colluim and pull the colluim out .

The remove the cover over eng. then you will see theft torrks on screw the eng and take a key turn like you were starting the car and the eng will come out .
