Steering Column Repair: Escalade Steering Column, steering column, electricals

In the body shop I work in is an Escalade that was stolen.  damage was done to it when it was stolen.  We assessed that it needed to be replaced and got an LKQ part for it.  We are having major difficulties getting the old one out, to put the new one in.  Can you please help?

Hi Corey,
I will need to know what difficulties you are having. R&R of the column is pretty much straightforward. The electricals simply unplug. Whatever is attached, disconnect. I've known some LKQ parts to have been removed rather hastily sometimes and could hinder replacment. Without knowing where to begin I could be typing all night. I hope you understand. Please reply with more info.
