Steering Column Repair: clock spring, 1999 ford windstar, steering wheel puller

I have a 1999 Ford Windstar and need to know how   to remove the steering wheel so that i can replace the clock spring.

Answer
Disconnect neg battery cable. Block tire. Center steering wheel. Remove air bag (Attached by bolts or screws at the bottom side of the steering wheel. Rent a steering wheel puller from a parts store. Remove the steering shaft nut and use the puller to remove wheel. DO NOT USE A HAMMER!
You are now to the clock spring.
