Steering Column Repair: Repairing a broken steering column and ignition for Honda Civic 98 EX Coupe, dollors, steering column

My car just got stolen and when I got it back the steering column and the ignition was torn out. The ignition broke off of the steering column and right now it just hangs there. How can I repair the steering column and ignition? Where do I start. I don't know a thing about it.

the best thing is go to a sallavge yard and get a used coluuilm thie are 4 bolts to remove 2 at dop and then on plug the wires going in to stearling colluim and then 2 bolts at the botton and tell them you need it with eng. key and u will be all set and it should be 50 to 70 dollors pete
