Steering Column Repair: 97 Blazer turn signal, chevrolet blazer, turn signals

Hi Pete:

About a week ago the turn signals on my 97 Chevrolet Blazer stopped working - I've checked the fuse, it's fine.  Just to be sure, I tried replacing it.  Everything else works (wipers, etc.).  Any idea what could be wrong and how I might repair it?  
I'd really appreciate some help...

this sounds like a bad turn singial flasher it should be along the sterling colluim it is in a small braket . it cost 2 dollors . ask for a heavy duty one they last alot longer . Good luck to you hun and you have a pretty name pete if you need more help just let me know
