How long should it take to replace a tie rod on a 1997 Subaru Legacy SW?  Also how will it affect the car's alignment?

Answer
You have both an inner and outer tie rod and both have different replacement procedures.

I think we charge 1/2 an hours labor for the outer & it has been so long since we have done an inner I don't quite remember what the time is.

The car must be aligned after replacement
