Subaru Repair: rear wiper, washer fluid, wiper motor

Question
I have a 97 impreza outback. The rear washer fluid works but not the wiper. Any suggestions?

If you are up for it I would suggest checking the fuse first and then for power at the wiper motor, when the switch is turned on.  The pump is separate and is actually in the washer bottle. Most likely if the fuse is ok you will need a motor.
