Subaru Repair: 1997 Subaru Legacy L AWD Flashers and Blinkers, subaru legacy, hazard switch

1997 Subaru Legacy L AWD Flashers and Blinkers are not working. Head Lights, tail lights and reverse lights all work? Im stumped! Please help

Could be a fuse,flasher,bulbs Etc.Also the circuit is wired through the hazard switch on the dash and I have seen the connector come out if it wasn't properly put back in during a repair, and could take a while to vibrate loose,Just a thought.
