Towing Issues: Towing in Alabama, alabama code, grassy areas

We have a problem with Tenants parking in the grass insted of in assigned parking spaces.  In the State of Alabama, what are the requirements for towing vehicles off of private property grassy areas in front of an apartment complex managed by Southern Homes and Properties?
