Towing Issues: chain towing in WA, king county washington, tow truck

Is chain towing legal in king county Washington?

I really wish I had an answer for this one, at one time I thought I had information on this subject as I used to work in Seattle driving tow truck...

You might contact WSP and ask them if it is legal or not, I can not find anything online at all regarding this.
