Towing Issues: Handicap space in a condominium, dade county florida, miami dade county florida

My grandma lives with me in a condominium I own in Miami-Dade County, Florida [unincorporated].  She has a handicap permit and parks her car in a space that is limited for said use.  Last night the security guard placed a sticker on the car stating that it was illegally parked.  Is this permitted by law?

Sounds like the guard might of made a mistake, but I would check with the office and see what the issues are.  

After all, someone might of complained and that started it...

Wish I had more answers, but if the vehicle is properly tagged with the handicapped placard, permit, plates or what ever then it should be legal in the properly marked space.
