Are there any special tags for towing an unregistered/no tag vechile in Baltimore, Maryland? Please advise.

If you are asking if an unregistered - no tag vehicle can be towed by the police or a property owner for illegal parking or the expired tags then I would say yes...

If you want to know if you can have it towed to a repair shop or something like that, I bet it can be done...
