Towing Issues: Towed last night, lexington kentucky, private property

Towed last night.  Lexington, Kentucky by Winchester Towing at China Hut.  The sign was hidden by a huge truck and was only one sign on the building.

Lexington Kentucky has some regulations on impounding from private property and the link I have to them is bad...   I also know they were changing some of the regulations and so I have not been able to find any updated laws...

But Kentucky does not seem to have many specific laws that I can find and while the sign was hidden by a large truck, does that mean that large trucks should not or are not allowed to be parked there?

Wish I could help more but I am not sure if it was legal or not, but generally a sign has to be visible at or from the entrance to the lot (large trucks do not count as a violation)
