QuestionQUESTION: I live in newark, nj near the corner of the street. The
corner is a public bus stop which means no parking on that
side. There's a supermarket across the street from me
which causes problems with my parking. I have a driveway
and for some reason people think they can just park right
on my driveway blocking me from going in and out. Is it
possible that I can have them towed and have the tow
company charge them instead of me?
ANSWER: Simple answer, PUBLIC STREET and it has to have the police department ticket then and have them towed...

AnswerThe fact that it is a public street means that you are a homeowner can not call and have vehicles towed from the public street...
The police department - parking enforcement agency (if one) have to order it towed and generally will also issue a ticket for the parking violation...
