Towing Issues: towing for communtiy, vechical, coconut creek

i was towed from my buudys community last night   i was parked in a guest spot and there is no sign that says any rules i was towed for having magnetic signs on my truck.  there was no number of any tow company. this was in coconut creek FL    the tow company only excepted cash is that allowed?  and did they have the right to tow my vechical without any warning?  thank you so much the company towing was j and j

A lot of communities require a guest parking pass.

Cash is the only form of payment tow companies accept on a private property impound, because checks and credits can be canceled.

And no warning is required in most circumstances
