Towing Issues: towed in Wyoming, small claims court, laramie

We parked in a parking lot at a business after hours.  We were towed.  We did not see any signs forbidding us to park.  After we picked up the car we went back to the business and saw a typed sign in the dark window.  We were charged $125.00, is this legal or do we have a way to fight this?

I would think also that proper signs need to be posted at the entrances to the parking lot...

Now I know that the laws in Laramie are different than Cheyenne or Casper or even Lander.. So I can not provide specific information on what works in your area...

It does not sound legal to me, but then again, I do not know about the specific laws in your area.. Can you fight it, sure you can always do the small claims court thing.
