Are there regulations on how tow truck drivers are paid.  For example, if they are required to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day, do they have to pay them overtime, and if they work commission, is there a minimum.  Where can I find the wage and salary regulations if there are any.

Well, hard to answer this one, as it depends on the state laws of your area and all that...

But a lot of them are on commission as a rule with someplace's having a salary guarantee.  That is how it works where I work...
