Sam, I hate to be the bad news bringer, but there really is "NO SCHOOL" for tow truck driving. Yes there are training programs available but not for what you think would be available... Most are weekend training programs.   
You can check out a few places for information and training materials... Some are listed below, a few are forums for information and have a lot of information.

I would suggest that you check with a few tow companies and see if you can even get hired on...

There are a bunch of rules, background checks, and other issues here.

Generally you have to be over 25 years old, have a clean driving record and pass all the drug tests...

Most tow companies will do an "in house" training program to start with, and after you show promise they might send you to classes to learn more.
