Towing Issues: Towing a disabled vehicle in New York State using a car dolly, long island expressway, car dolly

Is there any regulations regarding towing a disabled vehicle using a car dolly on the Long Island Expressway or any New York highways?

Answer
unless there are specific rules and regulations about towing on the Expressway I do not see anything about this in anything I could find online...

I would just follow the laws regarding the required lights, straps and speed limits (if any) for towed vehicles.
