Towing Issues: added charges for towing, storage fee, added charges

My car was towed from a private business in Indiana this weekend. I don't have a problem with the towing fee,but my concern is with the dates place on my recipt in order to justify charging me a 25.00 storage fee. The towing companies computer generate receipt shows the date of Oct 7 as when I picked up my car. It states my car was towed on 10/6 and picked up on 10/7 at 12:29 a.m. This is untrue my car was picked up the same day 10/6 at 7:45p.m. and I have my credit car receipt that also states the same date of pick up. Can they falsify receipts in order to charge you extra fees?

I am sorry but this is not a question here.... At least one I can answer.  I WAS NOT THERE so I have no input on this.

Talk to the tow company management and see what you can do...

BUT REMEMBER ONE THING,    MISTAKES HAPPEN..
