Towing Issues: heavy 5th wheel, rv dealership, 5th wheel

Looking at a new 5th wheel that has a uvw of 12000 lbs and a gross of 15500 lbs, my tow vehicle is a  2004 Chevrolet 2500HD, Duramax Diesel, 4WD Crew Cab. Will this truck handle this RV well, or am I pushing the limit with this setup, Thank You for your help, Marv

Well my research shows that its a bit over the 10300 towing capacity limits they recommend...  

Not sure if you can "actually" do the towing safely with it but I would be real concerned if I was you about it.. Check with an RV dealership a bit more about it, as they have some good books about it and if modifications will help...

(for fun I checked this question against my own personal ford, and I would be a bit under the limits also)
