Towing Issues: towing abondand cars from rental property, towing company, rental property

I own a piece of rental property in Portland Oregon and have evicted the tenant.  they have left two vehicles in the driveway that do not run.  Can I legaly have them towed from the property.

according to the laws, yes you can have the vehicles removed from the property...  All you have to do is find a towing company which will do the service for you...

Call around and see who will do it, some will not and you will find a few that will..  You will have to sign an authorization for removal.
