IS IT POSSIBLE TO MOVE OR TOW A 94 CADILLAC SEVILLE WITH ANTI THEFT KEY SYSTEM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE KEYS?

sure, just raise the end with the drive wheels, or a towing company can put dollys under the tires and winch it onto a flatbed.

if you are concerned about the theft system going off, then that probably will happen if there is a movement sensor, can you get the hood open?  If so, take the negative battery cable off.
