Are there any special requirements for towing a 2007 Toyota Tacoma manual transmission 4X4 truck behind an RV with all 4 wheels on the ground?

If you have a manual transfer case (shifter on the floor), you can tow the truck as-is.  Just put the transfer case in neutral and the transmission in a high gear.  

If you have an electronic transfer case (push button shift) you will have to install a driveshaft disconnect.
