Towing Issues: towing, dodge caravan, pop up camper

Can a 1997 Dodge Caravan with at 3.0 liter automatic handle the towing of a Coleman Niagara pop up camper?

Well I tried to find information and the weights of the pop up camper with no luck,  I did find alot of comments about them both good and bad.   

For starters the towing capacity of the Dodge caravan is right about 3000 pounds give or take a bit depending on options and such.  
Distances towed, and how much of a hard time (IE  hills and such) could affect towing the trailer also.  
I would try to find out more about the camper such as weight and all that. It might help if you talk to a local dealer about the trailer (if possible) as they might have more specs on the trailer.
