Toyota Repair: Passenger window 2001 Sienna

The passenger side window won't go up. Is there a way I can get it up manually until I can get it to the shop

Hello, you will have to remove the door panel, then remove all 10mm bolts that attach the window regulator to the metal sheeting, let the regulator and motor drop down, remove the 10mm bolts that connect the glass to the regulator, then you can pull the glass up and secure it in the up position.
