Where is the temp sensor located on a 2000 Toyota Celica GTA 4 cylinder

Answer
It should be located near the thermostat housing where the other sensors are, just follow the bottom radiator hose to where it goes into the head, you'll see a housing that has a bunch of sensors on it, I believe the temp sensor has two wires, yellow and green, if it has a separate sensor for the dash gauge it will have only one wire which is usually yellow with a green tracer.
