Toyota Repair: 1995 Toyota Corolla, dashboard lights, light bulb sockets

Question
First we noticed the dashboard lights were out then we couldnt get the car to shift out of park. Replaced some fuses but those were immediatly blown as well. Then noticed brake lights were not working.

Answer
It won't shift out of park unless the brake lights work, it sounds like there is a short circuit in the brake lights at the rear, remove the bulbs in the rear and see if the fuse still blows, if not inspect the tail light/brake light bulb sockets for shorts or burned sockets.
