Toyota Repair: 1993 camry 3.0, terminal 9, ohm meter

QUESTION: I have no check engine light and the car will not start. I replaced the computer,dist,ignigter,coil,efi relay,and efi fuse.You last told me to ground the #2 terminal and see if the check engine goes on. It did show on the dash. I was just waiting for the next step or suggestion.

ANSWER: On that same connector ground the #9 terminal and let me know if the check engine light still turns on.

QUESTION: NO check engine light when i ground #9 terminal

Measure from terminal 3 to ground with the ohm meter, there should be no resistance (0 ohms)or so, if there is ground put a jumper from there to terminal 9 let me know the result, it's starting to sound like there is an open circuit between the check connector and the ECM.
