Toyota Repair: headlights, low beams, high beams

Question
my high beams work but not low beams, on both sides.

Answer
3 possible causes:
1) Fuse / relay for low beams burnt out - easy fix
2) Both low beams burnt out.  One could of burnt out awhile back and you can still see with one light, but now the second one burnt out. - not so easy fix
3) High beam / Low beam switch defective - definitely not an easy fix.

Try the easy stuff first, and if that doesn't correct it, progress to the more difficult.
