hi i have a toyota 4runner 91 when it tart runs the check ingine comes out and loss power

You would have to get the diagnostic trouble codes from the computer first, this is done by putting a jumper wire in the diagnostic check connector under the hood, do you want instructions  how to do this or are you going to have a repair shop do it? After you know the trouble codes you can let me know what they are and I can help.
