QuestionQUESTION: Hi, I just bought a 2001 celica gt 5 speed, with 131,000 miles what do i need to do to get a complete tune up, it has an aftermarket intake that gets the air from just in front of the driver side wheel at the bottom of the car, i was told it's a k&n air filter that just needs to be cleaned, the auto parts store manager looked at the car and said all i need is a cabin filter and spark plugs.is this correct or do i need more things, thanks, mike.
ANSWER: This model doesn't have a cabin air filter, the K&N filter can be cleaned, replace the spark plugs, check the drive belt for wear, clean the inside of the throttle body, there's nothing else to do.

QUESTION: should i clean the fuel injectors it hesitates a little at low rpm, if so whats the best way, also is there some kind of fluid/oil that should be changed in the mnual transmission at this mileage? thanks
AnswerI would clean the throttle body first and then see, if injector service is needed it should be done the right way with a device that puts the cleaner through the injectors not just through the intake chamber. There is a drain plug and a fill plug on the transmission, the fill plug is on the side you can check the level and the fluid condition there.
