Toyota Repair: repalcing right rear main lens in 2007 Camry, 2007 camry le, rear lens

How do you replace the main rear lens in a 2007 Camry LE?  I can see two nuts but I believe there are 3 nuts to remove.

Yes there are three, the manual says to remove the rear bumper but I would try to do it first by removing the inside bottom trunk cover then removing the carpeting on the side, besides the three nuts there is a plastic anchor clip near the rear that has to be pried out.
