Toyota Repair: Camry 1996, air control valve, click sound

Hi, Ted
I have following questions...
my car has starting problem  some times get click sound first then try few times got started later. it happen now every often can you tell me the reason?

Another problem is some time rpm comes low and engine got stop. it was happened when release gas and put breaks most often taking  highway exits
some times my parking brake light comes on during driving
1996 camry 4 cylinder 2.2L engine, 218000 km

The clicking sound means the starter is going out and needs to be replaced. The idle problem is most likely the idle air control valve, it should be either cleaned or replaced, the throttle body has to be removed to do this, the inside of the throttle body should be cleaned as well.
