why doesnt my alternator charge is voltage regulator inside alternator

Just about all voltage regulators on Toyota vehicles are built into the alternator since about 1978, if the alternator stops charging it usually means that it needs to be replaced. If you need more help with this I'll need to know what year and model it is and how the alternator is being tested.
