Toyota Repair: 2004 Highlander A/C Drain Problem, c drain, drain tube

Question
Where is the drain to the dashboard evaporator drain?
I get water on the floor on both the passenger side and the driver side.  Is there two drain lines involved for each side?
Where does it typically clog or separate?

There is only one a/c evaporator drain tube on the passenger side, it can be located by pulling the carpeting back, check the hose to make sure it's connected to the evaporator housing and exits through the floorboard. Try blowing through the hose to make sure it's not clogged with debris.
