Toyota Repair: leak, dark amber color, engine fluids

Hi,
I purchased a used 2006 hybrid highlander. Today I noticed a leak underneath
the car and it seems to be leaking quite a bit. Unfortunately, I bought the car as
is and the warranty with toyota is only for engine or something. The leak looked
clear and perhaps thin. Very worried. I hoped I didn't get ripped off.

What you are seeing is most likely condensation water dripping out of the air conditioning evaporator through the drain hose, this is normal. All of the engine fluids have a color, the coolant is red, the transmission oil is red and the engine oil is a dark amber color, since the fluid is clear and thin it sounds like it's the evaporator drain.
