Toyota Repair: automatic transmission with overdrive, truck transmission, toyota truck

I have a 1986 rebuilt Toyota truck  transmission installed that won't shift out of overdrive. There doesn't seem to be any electricity going into the OD switch on the shifter.Is there a relay or fuse involved?
