Toyota Repair: 2004 Toyota camry electrical problem, toyota camry, professional technician

My daughter was leaving our home and she started loosing power in the car.  The car will not start and makes a ticking noise when you turn it on.  It has had a problem with electrical where two fuses have been replaced.  At the time this was done, the battery and alternator checked out fine.  Any idea?

I can only guess without more information or actually testing the
circuits on the vehicle. It sounds like the alternator is not functioning. You need to get it to a professional technician who can
perform a simple test on the alternator while the vehicle is running.
