Toyota Repair: sloshing water, drain tube, factory warranty

I have noticed a sloshing sound coming from behind the dashboard (right in front of the driver) in my '08 Camry.  There is no water leaking anywhere.

This sounds like the A/C evaporator drain tube is clogged causing the water to remain inside the evaporator housing instead of draining to the outside, this car is still under the factory warranty and I would recommend taking it to the toyota dealer to have it checked for this.
