my 1997 toyota camry dash lights dont work, my son installed a radio in it prior too. no pwr to bulbs. does it have a seperate fuse? if so where

Check the fuse under the plastic cover on the lower left of the dash, remove the cover, the fuse designations are indicated inside the cover, check the fuse marked "TAIL". This fuse also supplies power to the tail lights, if the tail lights are working then it's not the fuse that is the problem.
