Toyota Repair: toyota sienna window wont go up., power window switch, window switches

2001 toyota sienna  How do you remove the power window switch(s)?
The passenger window won't go up. The switch doesn't appear to do anything but occasionally when the ignition key is turned on the window motor makes a noise and the window slightly moves.

The window switches are secured with a plastic tab at the rear and a plastic clip at the front, the switch can be removed by prying the front out and then pulling the switch up, in most cases the switch is not the problem it is much more common for the window motor to cause the problem.
