Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyota Tacoma, 4x4 auto, tacoma 4x4

I have a 2000 Tacoma 4x4 auto with 115,000 mi. I had just changed the spark plugs to SplitFire triple platinum and after changing them my check engine light came on and my truck  started running really rough. Is this problem something I can fix on my own or do I need to take it into the shop? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You probably have a misfire, was the engine light on before replacing the spark plugs and is this the reason the spark plugs were replaced, in either case you need to find out what the trouble code is and let me know so I can begin to help, most autoparts stores will get the code for you at no charge to you, try Kragen, Autozone or AAMCO transmissions.
