After the wheels have been removed with the car up on jack stands remove the 14mm caliper bolts and pull the caliper off, then remove the brake pads, pry them out with a screwdriver, remove the pad shims from the old pads and install them on the new ones, you will need to push the caliper piston back into the calipers all the way, this can be done with a large pair of channellock pliers the reinstall the calipers.
