Toyota Repair: Changing sliding door exterior door handle, interior door panel, haynes manual

Question
Could you please tell me the proper procedure for removal of the interior door panel.  I see the screw in the bottle holder. What gets pried off? I don't want to break anything. Does the upper trim have to be removed to remove the lower panel?

I have no idea. Never worked on the vans much passed the fact they're mechanically Camry's. (Unless it's a super old Previa)

Get a repair manual for it.
