Toyota Repair: toyota landcruiser gearbox code[HDJ101], rear diff lock, toyota landcruiser

hi,i'm john woo.I car mechanic.The toyota landcruiser 4.2diesel[HDJ101]year 2000.When driving,[OD] light came out flashing and then i check that code from meter panel.That code [38].I cannot found that code from diagnosis system..so can you tell me what that code mean and how to solve it? thank you...

Open or short circuit in center differential lock circuit.
Center differential is locking.

Rear differential lock

Rear differential lock circuit
Check for short circuit in harness and connector between REAR DIFF. LOCK indicator
light and ABS ECU (See page IN-34 ).
NG Repair or replace harness or connector.
OK
Check and replace ABS ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 Check the rear differential is free and REAR DIFF. LOCK switch is OFF.
NG Repair the rear differential lock system.
OK
